What we're MAKING
this Month

Martini the Maestro way with Alessandro Palazzi, Duke's Bar Manager, Duke’s Hotel, St James’s, London.

"3 is the magic number for a Dry Martini. 3 steps: vermouth, No.3 and a twist of lemon. Simple, elegant, memorable”.

- Alessandro Palazzi

Measure out 10ml of Dry Vermouth and use it to "wash" an ice cold martini glass, then discard the vermouth.

Measure out 60ml of Frozen No.3 Gin into your prepped glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, from the Amalfi Coast, of course.
